Nowadays almost everyone is suffering from waist pain. Just as exercise is necessary to cure it, its alertness also works.

Here are 3 precautions to cure waist pain -
If you do not lift anything from the bottom of the ground, bend your knees and then lift.
Do not lift anything heavy on that neck. Keep heavy things in the body. To carry something heavy on the back, lean forward.

Do not stand or sit for more than 5 minutes. Do not bend your knees to the front. Do not wear high heels if you walk for long periods of time. If you are standing for a long time, then take a few minutes of body mass from one foot to the other. Sit down and rest
