Prepare for a deep sleep!

Deep sleep can make some changes in our lives. If sleep is not good, it affects the body and the work throughout the day. Let us know what we can do to prepare for a deep sleep in peace:

* Recharge bath from outside. All-day long the grief will go away
* Eat a glass of hot milk
* Turn off the TV, the computer, before it goes to sleep
* Plan ahead for the next day's work, so tension will not ruin the sleep
* Eat dinner before you go to bed
* Try not to worry
* Do not fill the bedroom with unnecessary items
* Go to sleep at 5pm / 5pm. If you go to bed, you are more likely to get good sleep
* If you can, stop drinking tea and coffee in the evening
* Listen to soft music
* Make sure you do not disturb the sleep by entering more light into the bedroom. Use heavy screens if needed
* When guests come home, they will definitely give you time. However, normal life does not disrupt the journey
* Never go to sleep before going to bed at night
* Can take some rest during the day
* However, do not sleep for long, which can affect night sleep
* Make it a habit to go to bed and wake up at the same time every day
