Three domestic ways to reduce foot pain!

Leg pain is a very common problem. This problem can occur at almost all ages. Sometimes it is difficult to move the legs from the pain. This problem can be caused by muscle tension, muscle fatigue, nutritional deficiencies, dehydration, stretching, etc.

Healthcare website Top Ten Home Remedy has revealed some home remedies for foot pain.

1. Cold snack
Cold snacks may be given to reduce foot pain. It works to reduce the inflammation and swelling of the affected area.

Take a few pieces of ice in a bag. Now wrap it with a towel.
Bake it in the affected area for 5 to 5 minutes.
Follow this procedure a few times a day.
However, do not apply ice directly to the skin.

2. Yellow
Another useful home remedy to reduce foot pain is the use of turmeric. Antioxidants in turmeric are useful in reducing inflammation.

Mix one teaspoon of turmeric in lightly hot sesame oil. Apply the paste to the affected area. Wash after 5 minutes. Follow this procedure twice daily.
You can also drink yellow-milk twice a day.

3. Massage

Massage works to reduce pain very quickly. According to a study published in the journal Science Translational Medicine in 2002, at least 5 minutes of massage therapy is very beneficial in reducing inflammation.

Heat a little olive oil or mustard oil and massage the affected area for 5 minutes.
You can massage two to three times a day for best results.
