5 ways to reduce muscle ache!

1. Heat Therapy

2. Magnesium
Magnesium deficiency in the body can cause muscle soreness. In this case, you can eat magnesium supplement with doctor's advice. You can also keep magnesium-rich foods in the diet. 3. Round pepper
